Goober Ice Cream Cooler
Combine 1/4 cup peanut butter with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract; slowly stir in 1 cup cold milk; beat till smooth.
Divide among 3 tall glasses; to each, add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream. Fill to top with refrigerated ginger ale.
Yield: 4 servings
