1 qt. washed, hulled strawberries
3/4 cup to 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh, frozen, or canned lemon juice
2 6-oz. cans reconstituted frozen orange-juice concentrate
1 pt. orange sherbet
Chop strawberries with sugar. Add lemon and orange juices. Refrigerate. Strain. Serve in punch cups;
float small scoops orange sherbet on top (make with melon "baller" or tip of teaspoon).
