Raspberry Frost Ice Cream Cooler

2 tablespoons, sweetened, crushed raspberries
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1 scoop lemon ice or ice cream
Sparkling water

Stir raspberries and lemon juice together in a tall glass. Drop in lemon ice or ice cream; fill with refrigerated sparkling water, while stirring. If desired, 1/4 cup milk may be added with the crushed fruit.

Yield: 1 serving
