White Chocolate Cookies


20 ounces white candy coating, divided
6 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped
1 package (16 ounces) chocolate sandwich cookies
Pink, green, blue, and yellow paste food coloring

Chop 18 ounces candy coating. Melt chocolate in micowave or in top of a double boiler. Dip each cookie into chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with lightly greased waxed paper. Melt remaining 2 ounces candy coating. Place 1 tablespoon candy coating in a small bowl and tint a light pink. Spoon into a small plastic bag. Snip off 1 corner to create a small opening. drizzle coating over cookies. repeat with remaining food coloring. Let coating harded. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.


Yield: about 3-1/2 dozen cookies
