Set aside 4 Tbs. berries and juice for frosting. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl, blending well. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9-1/2x2-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
4 Tbs. berries and juice
1 stick butter or margarine
2-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
Bring juice, berries and butter to boiling in a saucepan; remove from heat and beat in sugar. Frost cake; serve warm.
