Mini Halloween Desserts
Recipe by Cool Whip

1 package (8 0z.) cream cheese, softened
4 scoops of a sugar-sweetened soft drink mix, any green or orange flavor
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
12 sponge cake dessert shells
Assorted candies and cookies

Beat cream cheese and soft drink mix in large bowl until well blended. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Gently stir in the Cool Whip.

Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mixture into each dessert shell. Decorate with candies and cookies to resemble pumpkins, spiders and witches. Refrigerated until ready to serve.

Yield: 12 servings
