Biscuit Pudding
Got leftover biscuits? Make a pudding!

2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie or apple pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups crumbled biscuits
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Combine all ingredients except biscuits, stirring well. Add crumbled biscuits and optional raisins. Spoon into lightly greased 9-inch pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center come out clean.
