ITALIAN STUFFED PASTA SOUP

3/4 pound lean ground beef or bulk Italian sausage
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can ready-to-serve beef broth
1-1/4 cups water
1 package (9 oz.) fresh or frozen cheese ravioli or tortellini
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) cut green beans, drained
2 green onions, sliced
Pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef in a 5-quart pot; drain. Add tomatoes, broth and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; stir in ravioli and cook according to package directions.

Add beans and onions; heat through. Season with pepper and sprinkle with cheese.

Yield: 4 servings
