Easy Sugar-Free Apple Muffins

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1 cup finely chopped apple

Lightly grease muffin pan. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves. Add the cider, honey and egg; mix until dry ingredients are moistioned. Fold in apples. Spoon into 12 muffin cups. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 15 to 23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Yield: 12 muffins
