Baked Ham

1 can (8 ounces) pineapple slices
1 canned ham (5 pounds)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
Maraschino cherries

Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice; set aside. Place ham in a baking pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Combine brown sugar and vinegar in a small bowl and stir in reserved pineapple juice. Score ham; place pineapple slices and cherries on top of the ham, then spoon glaze over all. Bake for another 40 to 45 minutes, basting occasionally.

Yield: 8 to 10 servings
